Lanterman Emergency Contact Information

When a disaster occurs and the main communication system is out of service, all staff, clients, families and service providers should call the 800 numbers to receive any message that the Regional Center needs to communicate and to be informed if the Regional Center is open for business.

The following 800 numbers are not part of the regional center telephone switching system and are located off-site. Notification of the emergency numbers was sent to all clients, families, service providers and staff. This system should only be used when the standard communication systems are not available.

All clients, families and service providers should call: 800.657.3239

All staff should call: 800.578.2335

When a disaster occurs and the communication systems are operational or restored, all methods of communication, such as phones, e-mail, Web site, etc., will be used to communicate with the staff, clients, families and service providers.
