Active CA - California Governor's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports
The California Governor's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports is a non-profit organization established to promote the Governor's message to establish California as the nation's Fitness State with all Californians striving to meet their personal physical fitness and health goals. The Governor's Council will raise awareness and promote physical fitness and sports for all Californians through its web site, publications, programs and special events.

National Center on Physical Activity and Disability
NCPAD is an information center concerned with physical activity and disability. Being physically active is good for every body. That's a message you will find many times on this site. Being active is an important part of getting and staying healthy. This site is very useful for serivce providers and day program staff.
