Get Fit! Journal

Each of the clients who have been participating in the Get Fit! Program received a journal that helps them track their nutrition and exercise, including what they've eaten, their activity level, what type of activity they participated in, and how they felt before and after exercising.

Follow the steps to create your own Get Fit! Journal:

You'll need a binder, a three-hole punch, a printer, a pen, a camera and a glue, and maybe scissors.

things you'll need

  1. Download the journal cover and the "my goals" pages, and then print them out.

  2. Write out your name on the cover using a pen.

  3. Think about your three goals for being fit and then write those down on the second page.

  4. You'll also need to take your photo with the camera, and then glue your picture to the top of your goals page.

  5. Once you have the cover and goals pages complete, punch them with the three-hole punch and put them in the front of your binder.

  6. The second set of pages are to be used on a daily basis to track nutrition and exercise. You can print a copy every day or a whole stack of them. Either way, make sure to add the holes using the three-hole punch and put them in your binder.

Don't forget to use your binder every day to make sure you are eating well, exercising and working towards achieveing your goals.
