Villaraigosa and Councilman Joe Buscaino in association with The Port of Los Angeles local and national veterans services and advocacy groups. The festival is scheduled for Saturday, November 10, 2012 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the USS IOWA located at Berth 87, Port of Los Angeles, 250 South Harbor Boulevard, San Pedro, CA 90731.
